Composition: Each capsule contains: Iron (ferrous fumarate) 24 mg, zinc (zinc sulfate) 10 mg, copper (copper sulfate) 900pg, folic acid 500 mcg, vitamin B12 2 mcg, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 1.645mg Properties: Iron is the main component of hemoglobin. Vitamins B6, B12, folic acid and zinc are necessary for the biosynthesis of hemoglobin and other proteins, for the health of nails, hair and skin, as well as for energy metabolism, and maintaining the central nervous system in a normal state. Copper increases the efficiency of iron absorption.
