-Ashwagandha, also called “Indian ginseng,” has been used in traditional Indian Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years to ease pain and inflammation, treat insomnia, and boost nutrition, along with other conditions.
-Ashwagandha is also considered an adaptogen. That means it helps your body better manage stress.
-Indian ginseng supplementation may improve sleep quality and boost energy.

Directions for use:
-Stir 2-3 g of Indian Ginseng powder in a glass of cold fat-free or soy milk sweetened with little fruit juice or honey. -Use daily in the morning for 3 months. -Repeat this course when an energy boost is needed.
