Spasmopyralgin-M 10 tablets Composition: Analgin 255 mg Camilofin 25 mg. Description: A combination drug with potent spasmolytic and analgesic effects. Analgin (metamizole sodium) provides pain relief and antipyretic action, while camylofin relaxes smooth muscles of internal organs, relieving spasms. Used for severe renal/biliary colic and dysmenorrhea. Indications: Severe renal and biliary colic (not for routine analgesia). Dysmenorrhea (painful menstruation with spasmodic lower abdominal pain). Dosage and Administration: Adults: 1 tablet 3 times daily after meals, with water. Max duration: Not more than 3–5 days due to risk of serious adverse effects. Special groups: Elderly and hepatic/renal impairment: Avoid prolonged use. Children under 12: Contraindicated. Contraindications: - Hypersensitivity to metamizole, camylofin, or excipients. - Allergy to pyrazolones (phenazone, propyphenazone) or pyrazolidines (phenylbutazone). - Bone marrow disorders (history of agranulocytosis, pancytopenia). - Hepatic porphyria, G6PD deficiency. - Bronchospasm or anaphylactic reactions to NSAIDs (aspirin, ibuprofen, etc.). - Pregnancy (especially 3rd trimester), lactation, children under 12 years. Precautions: - Agranulocytosis: Discontinue immediately if fever, sore throat, oral ulcers occur. - Anaphylaxis: Use cautiously in asthma, atopy, alcohol intolerance. - Hypotension: Risk of sharp BP drop (especially with fever, dehydration). - Liver/kidney: Avoid in severe impairment. - Elderly: Increased risk of adverse effects. - Driving: May cause dizziness and drowsiness. Adverse Reactions: Hematologic: Agranulocytosis, pancytopenia (life-threatening). Allergic: Anaphylactic shock, urticaria, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, TEN. Cardiovascular: Hypotension, tachycardia. GI: Nausea, dry mouth. Other: Dizziness, drowsiness, blurred vision. Pregnancy and Lactation: Pregnancy: Contraindicated (risk of fetal ductus arteriosus closure in 3rd trimester). Lactation: Metamizole metabolites excreted in breast milk. Not recommended. Storage: Store below 25°C, in a dry place protected from light. Package: Carton box contains Blister of 10 tablets with leaflet.
