Librax is a combination drug used for gastrointestinal disorders, especially for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), gastritis and peptic ulcer disease. It combines the anxiolytic effect of chlordiazepoxide with the antispasmodic effect of clidinium.
Pharmacological properties:
• Provides anxiety relief often accompanying stomach disorders.
• Reduces gastric juice secretion and intestinal motor activity.
• Relieves spasms, pain and bloating.
Indications for use:
• Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
• Functional dyspepsia.
• Peptic ulcer disease of the stomach and duodenum.
• Gastritis and gastroenteritis with pronounced spasmodic pain.

Dosage and administration:
