Each tablet contains:
Pinaverium bromide 100 mg
Auxiliary components:
Starch, cellactose, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, silicone dioxide, povidone, magnesium stearate, talc.
Properties:
Antispasmodic agent with myotropic and m-anticholinergic action. Reduces spasm of smooth muscles of internal organs, reduces the secretion of hydrochloric acid in the stomach. Accelerates evacuation from the stomach.
The anticholinergic effect is weakly expressed. Selectively blocks calcium channels in smooth muscle cells of the intestine and biliary tract.
Indications:
Symptomatic treatment of pain syndrome with gastrointestinal dyskinesia, irritable bowel syndrome; to prepare for x-ray examination of the gastrointestinal tract using barium.
Dosage and administration:
Inside, 50 mg 3 times a day or 100 mg 2 times a day (with meals).
If necessary, the dose can be increased to 300 mg per day.
In preparation for an x-ray examination – 200 mg per day daily for 3 days preceding the procedure.
Contraindications:
Paralytic ileus, intestinal atony, toxic megacolon, severe ulcerative colitis, individual intolerance.
Side effects:
Digestive system: dyspepsia, constipation, nausea.
Allergic reactions.

Store at a temperature not exceeding 30 degrees.
