Properties:It has a local antispasmodic effect on the smooth muscles of the internal organs (gastrointestinal tract, biliary tract, urinary tract), reduces the secretion of the digestive glands. The local antispasmodic effect is explained by the ganglion-blocking and antimuscarinic activity of the drug.
