Directions for Use Prepare the skin by removing excess oil, makeup, and long hair to ensure the tape adheres well. Cut the tape to the desired length and shape as needed or as directed by your physician. Apply the tape to the skin and rub gently with your hand to ensure a secure fit. There are several application techniques depending on the type of injury or muscle involved. Warnings and Precautions The tape may cause an allergic reaction. If this occurs, discontinue use. Do not touch the adhesive side with your hand during use to avoid reducing adhesion. Do not remove the protective film from the adhesive side before completing all necessary steps.
