Hibiotic N 457 mg / 5 ml suspension, 60 ml Composition: For 5 ml of reconstituted suspension: • Amoxicillin - 400 mg • Clavulanic acid - 57 mg Pharmacological properties: • Amoxicillin is a semi-synthetic penicillin, inhibits the synthesis of the bacterial cell wall. • Clavulanic acid is a beta-lactamase inhibitor, expands the spectrum of action of amoxicillin to resistant microorganisms. Indications for use The drug is used to treat infections caused by sensitive bacteria: • Respiratory tract infections (pharyngitis, tonsillitis, sinusitis, bronchitis, pneumonia) • Urinary tract infections • Skin and soft tissue infections • Otitis • Bone and joint infections • Gastrointestinal infections Method of administration and dosage: • The dosage depends on age, body weight and severity of the infection. • Before use, shake the bottle thoroughly with water to the indicated mark. • Usually prescribed 2-3 times a day. Approximate dosage for children: • From 1 year: 2.5-5 ml 2-3 times a day • From 6 years: 5-10 ml 2-3 times a day It is recommended to take during meals to improve absorption and reduce the risk of gastrointestinal disorders.
