Brufen 600 mg 10 sachets Composition: Each sachet contains: Ibuprofen — 600 mg. Excipients: Corn starch, magnesium stearate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, talc. Properties: Brufen (ibuprofen) is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) exhibiting pronounced analgesic, antipyretic, and anti-inflammatory effects. Its mechanism of action is based on the inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis — substances responsible for pain, inflammation, and fever. Indications for use: Mild to moderate pain: headache, toothache, muscle pain, joint pain. Menstrual pain. Postoperative and post-traumatic pain. Inflammatory conditions such as arthritis, myalgia, and others. Fever associated with colds, influenza, and other viral infections. Dosage and administration: Dissolve the contents of one sachet in half a glass of water, stir well, and drink. Take after meals. The recommended dose for adults and adolescents over 15 years is 1 sachet (600 mg) 2–3 times daily. The maximum daily dose is 2400 mg (4 sachets). The interval between doses should be at least 6 hours. Side effects: - Gastrointestinal: nausea, heartburn, abdominal pain, diarrhea; rarely — ulcers or bleeding. - Allergic reactions: skin rash, itching, urticaria, edema. - Headache, dizziness. - Increased blood pressure (rare). - Very rarely — impaired liver or kidney function. Contraindications: - Active peptic ulcer disease of the stomach or duodenum. - Severe hepatic or renal impairment. - Severe heart failure. - Hypersensitivity to ibuprofen or other NSAIDs. - NSAID-induced asthma. - Pregnancy, especially during the third trimester. - Children under 15 years of age (for the 600 mg dose). Precautions: - Use with caution in patients with gastrointestinal diseases due to the risk of irritation and bleeding. - Avoid concomitant use with other NSAIDs or acetylsalicylic acid. - Long-term use requires monitoring of liver and kidney function, as well as blood parameters. - Discontinue use and consult a physician if any allergic reactions occur. - Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding only under medical supervision. - Not recommended for patients with hypertension or cardiovascular diseases without medical advice. - Avoid alcohol consumption during treatment. Storage conditions: Store in a dry place, protected from light, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Keep out of reach of children. Packaging: 10 sachets per pack.
