Sialong 5 mg 30 tablets Active ingredient: Tadalafil 5 mg. Properties: Tadalafil is a PDE-5 inhibitor that relaxes muscles and improves blood flow in the penis, facilitating erection. It also alleviates symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). The effect lasts up to 17.5 hours. Indications for use: Erectile dysfunction (impotence) — temporary or persistent reduction of erection. Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) — as prescribed by a physician. Dosage and administration: For the treatment of erectile dysfunction, the recommended dose is 5 mg once daily, preferably taken at the same time each day, regardless of food intake. For the treatment of BPH, the dosage and duration of therapy are determined by the physician. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Side effects: Headache, facial flushing, nasal congestion, dyspepsia, back pain, and muscle pain. Rarely: dizziness, visual disturbances, prolonged or painful erection (priapism). If severe side effects or allergic reactions occur, seek medical attention immediately. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to tadalafil or any other components of the medication. Concurrent use of nitrates or nitric oxide donors. Severe cardiovascular diseases. Severe hepatic and renal impairment. Patients for whom sexual activity is contraindicated due to health conditions. Special warnings and precautions: Consult a physician before use, especially if you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, or a history of stroke. Avoid consumption of alcohol and grapefruit juice during treatment. Do not use in combination with other erectile dysfunction treatments without medical advice.
