Sanzo B-Complex 20 capsules Composition: Vitamin B1 50 mg, Vitamin B2 50 mg, Vitamin B6 50 mg, Niacin 50 mg, Folic acid 400 mcg, Vitamin B12 50 mcg, Biotin 50 mcg, Pantothenic acid 50 mg, Choline 25 mg, Inositol 50 mg. Excipients: Microcrystalline cellulose, sodium croscarmellose, magnesium stearate, titanium dioxide, gelatin. Description: Sanzo B-Complex is a combined multivitamin complex. Its action is determined by the properties of B-group vitamins, supporting metabolism, nervous system function, blood formation, and the health of skin and mucous membranes. Properties: B1 (Thiamine) — regulates carbohydrate, protein, and fat metabolism, participates in nerve impulse transmission. B2 (Riboflavin) — improves skin, mucous membranes, and nervous system function. B6 (Pyridoxine) — essential for metabolism and hematopoiesis. B12 (Cyanocobalamin) — supports bone marrow and nervous system function. Niacin — involved in tissue respiration and metabolism of fats, proteins, and amino acids. Pantothenic acid — a component of coenzyme A, regulates carbohydrate and fat metabolism. Folic acid — essential for nucleic acid synthesis and nervous system health.
