Brilique 60 mg 56 tablets Composition: • Ticagrelor — 60 mg per tablet Pharmacological properties: Ticagrelor is a direct and reversible antagonist of platelet P2Y12 receptors. It inhibits platelet aggregation, reducing the risk of thrombosis. Unlike clopidogrel and other thienopyridines, ticagrelor does not require metabolic activation and acts faster. Indications for use: • Prevention of atherothrombotic complications in adult patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS), including: – Unstable angina – Non-ST-elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) – ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) • Used in patients receiving drug therapy, as well as those who have undergone: – Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) – Coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) Method of administration and dosage: • Take 60 mg twice daily, regardless of food intake. • Used in combination with acetylsalicylic acid (ASA), unless contraindicated. • The duration of treatment is determined by the doctor, usually up to 12 months or more, depending on the clinical situation.
