Composition: Each tablet contains: • Enalapril 5 mg Inactive ingredients: Starch, lactose, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, and other excipients. Properties: Sinopril is an ACE inhibitor used for the treatment of hypertension, heart failure, and certain kidney conditions. It lowers blood pressure by dilating blood vessels and improving blood flow. Indications: Hypertension Congestive heart failure Prevention or slowing of kidney disease progression in diabetic patients Dosage and Administration: Adults: 1 tablet once daily, usually in the morning, with or without food, as directed by the doctor Dose may be adjusted according to clinical response Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to enalapril or any of its ingredients Pregnancy and breastfeeding History of angioedema Precautions: Monitor blood pressure and kidney function during treatment Use with caution in patients with low blood pressure or impaired liver/kidney function Consult a doctor before taking other medications with Sinopril Side Effects: Common: dizziness, headache, fatigue, dry cough Rare: facial or lip swelling, rash, kidney or liver disorders Storage: Store in a dry, cool place away from moisture and heat, maximum temperature 30°C Packaging: Carton box containing 30 tablets with leaflet
