Sofenacin works by reducing the activity of an overactive bladder. This allows you to wait longer before needing to go to the toilet and increases the amount of urine that your bladder can hold. Primary Indications: Used for the treatment of symptoms of Overactive Bladder (OAB), such as a sudden, strong urge to urinate, the need to urinate very frequently, or unintentional urine leakage (urge incontinence). Usage: Usually taken once daily. The tablet should be swallowed whole with a drink and can be taken with or without food. Note: This is the Egyptian equivalent to the famous international brand Vesicare.
