Seretide is a combination medication used to control symptoms of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It is a preventer inhaler, meaning it works over time to prevent attacks rather than stopping one that has already started. Primary Indications: Used for the regular treatment of Asthma and COPD. It reduces inflammation in the lungs and relaxes the muscles in the small airways to make breathing easier and prevent shortness of breath. Usage: Usually prescribed as two puffs twice daily (morning and evening). It should be used every day, even when you feel well. Important: Always rinse your mouth with water and spit it out after using the inhaler to prevent oral thrush (fungal infection) or hoarseness. Note: This is an original international brand by GSK (GlaxoSmithKline).
