Farcolin is a fast-acting bronchodilator (reliever). It is used for patients who need higher doses of medication or who cannot use a standard handheld inhaler during a severe asthma attack or COPD flare-up. Primary Indications: Rapid relief of severe asthma attacks, wheezing, and chest tightness. It is often used in hospital settings or at home with a nebulizer machine for more intense respiratory distress. Usage: Must be diluted with sterile normal saline (0.9% NaCl) unless otherwise directed. Adults: Usually 0.5 ml to 1 ml (approx. 15–30 drops) mixed with 2–3 ml of saline. Children: Usually 0.5 ml (approx. 15 drops) mixed with saline, up to 4 times daily. Important: Do not swallow or inject. This solution is strictly for inhalation through a nebulizer. Note: This is a high-quality Egyptian brand by Pharco. It is a cost-effective alternative to the imported Ventolin Respirator Solution.
