This syrup is a triple-action powerhouse that combines a Bronchodilator, a Mucolytic, and an Expectorant. Active Ingredients (per 5 ml): Salbutamol (1 mg): Opens up the airways to relieve wheezing and tightness. Bromhexine (2 mg): Breaks down the structure of thick mucus.
