Bisolvon Syrup acts as a powerful mucolytic, thinning bronchial secretions to help clear the chest and make coughing more "productive" and less painful. Primary Indications: Productive (Chesty) Cough: Dissolves thick, sticky mucus to help clear the airways. Acute & Chronic Bronchitis: Helps manage inflammation in the lungs by removing trapped phlegm. Sinusitis & Tracheobronchitis: Assists in clearing mucus from the upper respiratory tract. Usage & Dosage: Adults and adolescents over 12: 10 ml (two teaspoons) 3 times daily. Children (6–12 years): 5 ml (one teaspoon) 3 times daily. Children (2–6 years): 2.5 ml (half teaspoon) 3 times daily. Important: * Sugar-Free: Suitable for diabetics as it does not contain sucrose.
