This 50mg dose is often the maintenance goal for patients who have already tolerated the 25mg starting dose well. Indications: Post-Infarction Recovery: Reducing the risk of death and hospitalization in heart failure patients following a heart attack. Stable Heart Failure: Managing chronic heart failure (NYHA Class II) to improve quality of life and heart efficiency. Resistant Hypertension: Controlling high blood pressure when other treatments are insufficient. How to Use: Dosage: Usually one tablet (50mg) daily.
