In internal medicine: Prophylaxis and treatment of capillary haemorrhages, whatever their origin and location: haematuria, haematemesis and melaena, epistaxis, gingival bleeding. In gynecology: Breakthrough bleeding, primary menorrhagia or menorrhagia due to intrauterine devices, in the absence of organic pathology.
